Property Management and Rental Services
Often a big concern for potential buyers of property in a foreign country is how to look after their house or apartment from afar. As a natural extension to buying and selling, we have expanded our services to encompass property management and holiday rentals, and are already managing and renting a number of properties around the Bay of Kotor and down as far south as Petrovac. Clients who purchase or sell a property through us benefit from discounted management rates, but we are happy to manage any properties falling in this coastal region provided they are in good condition and are appropriately furnished and equipped for an international rental market.
